Mr Rajan Sood hails from Himachal Pradesh and holds a degree in commerce and post graduation in Human Resource Management, along with diploma in computer science.

 He started his career with Britannia Industries Ltd in 1982 in the IT department and was responsible for implementing ERP across all departments of the organization.

 In 1987, he moved on to work as a Project Leader with Modi Xerox and got promoted to the role of a Systems Manager, was based out of the company's New Delhi head office, he was responsible for developing, implementing and supporting Xerox Service, inventory and Distribution systems across the country. He ended his stint in Xerox in 1994 as a Regional Product Manager, where among other achievements, he had designed and delivered a training program for sales and technical team and trained over 1000 professionals across the country.

 He ventured out as an entrepreneur in 1994, when he signed up as a business associate of Hutchison Max Ltd, and became one of the leading associates selling paging services in the country. He also started the first Max page, Motorola exclusive paging showroom in 1996. He also holds the distinction of being one of the top 5 Business Associates of Xerox since 1996.

 He entered the training business in 1996 when he partnered with Aptech Ltd and held the distinction of becoming the number one franchisee in South India. He has been CEO of ABE

Valuepoint Systems since November 1994.

In his free time, he pursues his interests in golf, swimming, traveling and cooking.

Ms Meenu Sood holds a postgraduate degree in Maths from Delhi University a Bachelor degree in Education from Annamalai University. She has also undergone Management program for Women Entrepreneur from IIM- B. She is also a certified “Train the Trainer” from OMI Singapore. She has worked in Mount Carmal, New Delhi for 6 years, and has been a center head for Aptech Ltd at Mekhri Circle branch. She has also left her mark as being a highly effective and impressive trainer for Communication Skills, Logical Thinking, Mind & Speech Coordination, Team Work, Decision Making, Questioning Techniques and Body Language from the last 14 years.
